TSGCam is designed for use as an integral image processing component in industrial real-time x-ray systems. It accepts several input formats including Gigabit Ethernet and Camera Link, with backwards compatibility for the antique RS-170 standard. TSGCam is generally sold by TSG as a component in an imaging package that includes a camera solution, the image processing software and a powerful workstation solution for image processing, annotation and storage.

TSGCam's image formats are JPEG and TIF, and as such the files are very mobile and versatile and compatible with most devices and image viewing programs. Various image sharpening and averaging techniques are integrated, as well as annotation, measuring and edge enhancement, among many other powerful features.
